- I'm months behind. Is that a problem?
- No. Catch-up work is a big part of what we do — we'll quote for bringing the records up to date, then keep them there.
- Do I have to use Xero or QuickBooks?
- It's strongly recommended, and increasingly required under Making Tax Digital. We'll set it up and show you the parts you actually need.
- How much does it cost?
- A fixed monthly fee based on transaction volume and which services you need. You'll have the figure in writing before anything begins.
- Do we need to meet in person?
- Only if you'd like to. Plenty of clients across Bristol work with us entirely online.
